Refund & Return/Exchange Policy – Thread & Thaan | Fabric Orders
Thread & Thaan, we ensure every fabric is quality-checked before dispatch. However, due to the nature of fabrics, our policy is strict to avoid misuse.
- Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We only accept returns/exchanges if:
You receive a damaged or defective product caused by us.
You receive an incorrect product (different from your order). - Conditions
A full unboxing video and 2–3 clear photos showing the issue are mandatory.
Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
Fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging. - Non-Returnable Items
Change of mind, wrong selection of color, size, or quantity.
Products purchased during sale/clearance.
Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, altered, or washed. - Process
1. Contact our support team within 3 days.
2. Share required video & images for verification.
3. If approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you on sending it back.
4. Upon inspection, exchange/replacement will be sent. - Refund
Refund is only applicable if the replacement product is unavailable.
Refunds are credited via original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
For COD orders, bank details will be required for refund transfer.
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from purchases made with Thread & Thaan will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Karkardooma Court, Delhi, India.
For any order-related concerns, our support team is here to help. In the rare case a matter requires legal resolution, it will be addressed under the jurisdiction of Karkardooma Court, Delhi
Replacement will be delivered within 7 days
Exchange will be delivered within 7 days
Cancellations should be done within 7 days
